"Really kind, caring support"
Sue Ryder were so kind to my family. It was such a hard time, and they just listened, didn’t rush us, and somehow made everything feel a little less frightening.
You can tell they really do care about people, it’s not just a job to them. The support felt gentle and honest, and it helped more than I thought it would. We’re really grateful.

"I used the Sue Ryder website..."
I used the Sue Ryder website when I was trying to find some support, it was much easier than I thought it would be. I sometimes wonder if I’m just bad at navigating websites, especially when I’m already stressed, but this one felt clear. I didn’t have to click through loads of pages to find the right service, and the contact details were easy to spot too. It made a difficult time feel a little less overwhelming, which I really appreciated

"Good prices and a nice place to shop"
I picked up a few bits from sueryder.org i was pleased with it. The prices were decent, the site was simple enough to get around, and my order turned up when it was supposed to, so no complaints there.

I also like that it’s supporting a charity, which makes it feel a bit nicer than just buying random stuff online. Everything went smoothly for me, and yeah, I’d happily use them again

"Good reply and follow up"
I messaged Sue Ryder with a question about donating and they got back to me quick. The follow up was clear as well, no big hassle or anything. It did take a bit longer then I was hoping, so I’d say 4 stars.

I’ve gotten tired of every little thing turning into a whole process, so I was relieved this donation was actually quick and simple. No hassle, no endless steps, just got it done and moved on.

"Really kind care for my mum"
My mum needed some extra care recently, and with everything else going on that week, it was a bit of a stressful time for us. The staff were really kind and looked after her well, which made a big difference. It was reassuring to know she was being cared for properly.

"Great value and arrived fast"
I ordered a jacket online and it turned up sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. It was packed properly and looked just like it did in the photos. For the quality and price, I think it was really good value. Very happy with the whole experience and I’d definitely buy from Sue Ryder again.

Popped in on a whim and, my snap judgment was that it’s a nice little spot. I found a great jacket, the staff were friendly, and the prices seemed fair. I’d definitely stop by again if I was in the area.

"genuinely Helped after losing my mum"
After my mum died, I tried the Sue Ryder bereavement support and it really did help me feel a bit less Alone. Getting started was simple, and the people I spoke to were kind and understanding without making me feel pressured or rushed. it made a Difficult time feel a little less heavy.
